No Breakfast at this place. Location was great as we were travelling with a new dog from near Gatwick as this was about half way to our ferry in Heysham

Great communication from the owners, Very well presented flat. The bed is super comfy and the area is really quiet. I love the bath & shower options. Heating is easy to use & warms up quickly if needed. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Large bonus

"Great overnigh stay"

Owner really helpful., great communication. Flat is very clean and well.presented . Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom,with bath and shower and lovely hot water. The bedroom is large with TV wardrobe, very comfy mattress. Slept very well. Quiet cul de sac, & those who live above are like mice, not heard a peep. Didn't really see much of the area as working, but the flat was just perfect.

Honestly nothing.
