Waterfront view, Heated Pool, Private Balcony

The room itself was perfect, you can tell the hosts care about their guests experience

It was super hard to physically get into the property. The guard was super strict and made me get out of my car in the cold to give him my ID

Ms. Christy was a jewel she was kind. I turn 39 thank u Jesus another year around the sun I needed a vacation. I work 12 hour shift 3 days a week than I take care my mom.... I earned this vacation I save my money for mine birthday week I had great time I love the small beach, and the waterfront Christmas was 4days way so i had to go home but i will be back... I Order chinking wrap and blood Mary downstairs 28.00. they little prices so the next day i went to Walmart, favors store bought everything i needed. THANK YOU AGAIN Ms. Christey I will be back Happy New year 2024!

I DID NOT LIKE THE SECURITY IN THE FRONT THEY DEMONER TOWARD ME.... THE GUY WITH THE GLASSES SAW ME LEAVE WHEN I CAME BACK HIS PARTNER ACT LIKE I WAS NOT SUPOSE TO BE THERE, YES, HE DID YOU TREATED PEOPLE WITH RESPEECT.... I DIDNT LIKE THAT. NO. SIDWALK, I HAD TO WALK IN THE STREET.AT NIGHTTIME THERE IS SMELL I GUESS IT COMES FROM THE OCEAN. THE BUILDING SHOULD BE UPDATE OR THE PRICE. SHOULD GO DOWN.

Was very clean and comfortable.

The hallway leading to room was very outdated and had a slight odor .

The proximity to the water, the cleanliness of the room. the proximity to nice restaurants.

No dislikes.

The property has a nice view of the bay. It has been remodeled and is tastefully decorated. The bed in the bedroom was pretty comfortable. I appreciated the owner’s willingness to accommodate an early check-in. The pool area was pleasant.

When we first arrived there was a terrible moldy smell down the hallway to the unit. However, the smell did fade and was much better the following days. The unit was quite smaller than pictures led me to believe. Though the space worked for the few short days we felt cramped. Perfect space for two. Some attention to detail in cleaning around baseboards and such would make the space more inviting.

This property is a hidden gem. It has all you could need right on sight. Beach bar, Pool, and so much more. It's in an amazing location. 20 minutes to Clearwater beach and 30 minutes to st Pete beach. 15 minutes to downtown Tampa. The views from the room were breathtaking, and the owners were AMAZING ! Gave us some great places to check out while we were visiting!
