everything was perfect. we were made to feel very special.

The security guard that was on duty upon our entry was horrible I told him why we were there and answered the questions that he asked he told me to do something different then what I have already been told over the phone so I follow his instructions and I was told that he should’ve done what I was told over the phone. The lady in office upfront then pages him up there to ask him why he has once again said the wrong thing and he flat out tried to blame me for telling him the wrong thing when I asked him questions I even had a witness to what he asked and what I said back. he literally made an already stressful day of driving much worse!

I had a couple of issues mainly ac wasn’t working, but the owners tried to get me into another room but I was already asleep, they were very helpful though and tried to make things right. They replied very quickly.

The property was clean and nice. Location was great and everything was comfortable.

it’s not the owners fault but landscaping started way to early - 8 am and trees were being trimmed after 11 pm. There was yard work being done all day long. it was loud as the walls are very thin. the unit could use some more light. The bedroom lamp was not bright enough and there wasn’t overhead lighting. you have blackout curtains for a large part of living room but not all. Would be helpful for it to fully cover the wall. We enjoyed our stay this is just some constructive feedback. The landscaping issue would prevent us from renting there again so wanted to let you know since this is out of your control. It could have even been for a neighboring property. Thanks!
