Perfect small apartment within walking distance of Tampa downtown. The place has everything you need and probably more. Modern and very clean. Can't recommend more.

The bedroom does get a little bit of street noise in the morning. The neighborhood is very quiet during the night, so it shouldn't be a bother unless you want to sleep in and are a soft sleeper.

Very clean, comfortable, and so well equipped! Really appreciated the washer and dryer! The basket of snacks and the coffee and tea were an added delight -- thanks!

As many others have mentioned, a bath mat in the tub (or a grab bar) and towel hooks would have been very useful. Both would be so simple to take care of so it's a bit surprising that they have not been added...makes you wonder if the comments are actually read/appreciated.
