Korter oli väga hubane ja soe! Köök hästi varustatud - röster, presskann, kohvimasin, veemasin, suur külmkapp, väliterrass. Väikeste lastega peredele on korteris ka beebivoodi.

Köögi kraanikausi kapp ei tahtnud hästi kinni minna. Vannitoas ei ole duššinurgas kardinat, mistõttu pärast dušši all käimist on kogu vannituba märg, lisaks võiks vannitoas mingit lõhnastajat kasutada.

"Great place, but needs more love"

Mõnusalt suurte akendega korter, mis tekitas avara tunde. Asukoht väga mugav - poed ja kesklinn lähedal. Väliterrass hea suurusega. Tasuta mugav parkimine. Magamistuba vaikne, pimendavad kardinad ja rulood. Köögis tarvilik inventar olemas. Kõrge potentsiaaliga arenev elukeskkond.

Kahjuks üldmulje jäi mõningase räpasuse varju. Nõud olid plekkidega, veekeedukann puhastamata ja vesi sees, pinnad tolmused, külmkapp pesemata. Vannitoas oli kanalisatsioonihais. Üks korralik suurpuhastus oleks vajalik. ;) TV oli veidra nurga all, st et diivanilt ei saanud hästi vaadata, aga ega paremat varianti asetuse osas isegi välja ei osanud mõelda.
