BPS apartment 3

It was perfect. Our guests had the upstairs with spa bath and we had the single beds on the main floor. Our beds were so comfortable. Our floor had a to die for shower. The property had everything we needed and clean.

Large room upstairs, central location. Tidy.

Contacted prior to the stay regarding a sofa bed, which was made clear there was one however upon arrival it had a sign saying “out of order” which is a shame we weren’t told when we asked about it. We were told 2 car parks were ours in the original booking message but come to find out it’s only 1 and the “spare” is a free for all for anyone to use, meaning we had to park one of our vehicles on the road.

The location was ok

I consider that the apartment was over priced for what you actually received, and therefore not good value for money. The TV and Wi-Fi did not work at all. I contacted the host who said that he had problems with it in the past, and he offered me a partial refund (which I thought was fair) and to provide him with my bank account details which I subsequently did. I have since sent 4 x messages to him over a 3 week period, asking him if he was going to honour his promise, and all have been ignored....therefore no partial refund has been received.
