sauber einfacher Zugang durch Schlüsselsafe

Baustelle statt Meerblick vor dem Balkon (inkl. Baulärm) Anmeldung/Tourist-Tax musste entgegen der Ankündigung selbst organisiert werden, Geld wurde nur in Bar angenommen (passende Zahlung erwartet), die Organisation eines Flughafen-Transfers wurde erst angeboten und dann komplett vergessen
