Buena Vida amazing 2 bdr in Veleta with pool

Very nice appartment, nice bedrooms, good, hot shower. Beautiful garden, nice pool.

There was nobody when we arrived, key was not available, phone number of accommodation on Booking did not work. Eventually we managed to get the key but then the appartment was not cleaned, dirty laundry inside, no clean sheets etc. We had to wait another 2 hours before we could get in due to cleaning being way to late and taking long. Once in everything was very nice.

Spacious apartment near the La Veleta center. Clean and comfy beds and bedding. Definitely needs professional management, some maintenance/ fixing up and better cleaning.

Kitchen and all pots and pans, bowls and utensils were pretty dirty. Shower douche is broken. We didn’t have any hot water during out stay. Stove and electric kettle in the kitchen didn’t work. But the toaster did so it wasn’t the electrical plug. All the food we bought to cook for out stay went to waste. And couldn’t even make coffee or tea. And over the top the host did not respond back to us when we brought up these issues. Very sad and unprofessional.

Location

Kitchen utensils were very dirty. The air conditioning stopped working on our last day, and the technician who went to evaluate it informed us that there was no repair and that they would have to change the A/C machine.

Great location, beautiful space, big fan of La Veleta with many incredible cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Easy trip to Gypsea market if you want to stock the fridge and use the kitchen. Easy to get a taxi to the beach. The host is incredible and ready to help with booking anything you need or want to do while in Tulum.

Would have loved some soaps and paper towels so you do not have to buy them and bonus would be a bike on loan to make it easier to get around.
