La douche n’avais pas beaucoup d’eau chaude j’ai dû me doucher à l’eau froide à 2 reprises

Everything was very good! Especially the apartment is beautiful as in the pictures, all the beds and pillows were amazing! The host was very kind with each detail!

There is no lift. And it is on the 4th floor! But was no problem! The stairs are very good

Excellent apartment for two couples visiting Turin. Clean, tidy, comfortable accommodation, all amenities.

There is only one possible inconvenience. It will be difficult for elderly and heavy people to climb to the 4th floor. There is no elevator, unfortunately. But for us it was not a problem.

Lovely apartment with all the commodities. Very clean and comfortable closed to public transport and plenty parking for the car. I would definitely stay there again. Very easy to communicate with the owner, Antonella made us feel at home. Loved it!

The owner deliver the keys. Never mention about water pressure nor water temperature on and off. Hot water was not stable.

The property is described as “no disabled access”, however doesn't mention that property is on a 4th floor and that the stairs lights aren't working. I received the keys around 3pm on Nov 6th. Later that night (around 1:30am/2am) I arrived with my mother, who has a disability and decided to stay regardless because she liked the property. OUR WORST DECISION. 1.bathtub is EXTREMELLY SMALL. 2.Water pressure is WEAK. 3 hot water was on and off. While I was showering with warm water, went from warm to cold in a matter of a second.I had to stop showering and shower my head on the sink. Because it was around 2am, I decided to contact booking and ask for a solution. Booking recommended if we weren’t satisfied with the apartment we could proceed with cancelation.VERY IMPORTANT to mention that we aren't the only ones complaining about water pressure.(CHECK THE REVIEWS). I didn't contact the owner because it was too late, and I thought then that It was not appropriate. Next day, the owner reach to us FURIOUS because booking sent an email to them saying that the apartment wasn't in conditions to be rented. Because owners do not speak English, they asked me to talk to their son (GIANCARLO).I explained to Giancarlo what the situation was and that we didn't have the intentions of bothering the family at 2am. Because of this, we moved out next morning (Nov 7th), and rented a property through AIRBNB (who gave US a GREAT REVIEW) Giancarlo &family were aware of this and agreed to refund half of the total amount. On Nov 9th, Giancarlo sent me pictures of the property "destroyed" and dishes in the diswasher that we left cleaning, blaming my parents who are 70 yrold couple of destroying his property and treating us with his father being a police. Giancarlo and his family decided to keep the money for all nights knowing we didn't stay all nights. This has caused my family great displeasure and sadness. Leaving us with a very bad experience.
