Historic, rustic but clean, and well appointed apartment. View of the sea. Great value. Great communication.

Felt a bit isolated to travel to late at night.

Very nice and spacious flat right in the center of Tulum (literally opposite the royal palace). Yet it is very quiet and modern. Marco the owner was a lovely host and we definitely come back and recommend this!

It would be nice having a washing machine and olive oil.

Good location. Modern stylish clean and cozy. Easy check in, nice host. Would recommend to anyone and would return.

No coffee machine No wine glasses

Truly a lovely place! Marco had been wonderful to us! Even though we were very late to arrive he waited for us with a smile. Strong air-conditioning in EVERY room, Great wifi, (totally free, too) and the bed was comfortable 😊 It may sound silly but the apartment smelled so good! We were there for an entire week and it still held☺️ Lovely view out of the big window. (When the sky is clear you can see the Superga from apar.) Totally recommend!

I am very fat so the small shower wasn't very comfortable for me, but if you're of an average build you should be ok.
