The location was prefect. The apartment lovely, it had everything we needed and was very homely.

Communication with the hose was a little problematic at first, but resolved.

Excellent location. Good host. Washing machine. Good size rooms.

Almost impossible to lock or unlock the front door. It needs to be repaired. We had to leave it unlocked the whole time. The lighting in some rooms was dim with the bulbs out and no replacements. No smoke detecters in any rooms in the apartment.

The location is very central. Apartment is spacious and clean. There's a wifi code. We were met by Carolina and partner and they were very nice.

The bedrooms overlook a street which is very, very noisy at night. The noise of cars, mopeds and people chatting is funnelled up to the bedrooms from this narrow street. There is no air-conditioning in the flat so at the beginning of September it was hot but too noisy to keep the windows open. There's a fan but it's noisy. The kitchen does not have any cereal/desert bowls only pasta bowls or plates. There is one blunt chopping knife and a bread knife. There are no wine glasses, only water tumblers. I don't think you are expected to self-cater. There are no instructions on how to operate the oven or grill. There are no instructions for where to put recycling or rubbish. There are no maps, brochures or tourist info. If your flight is late and you arrive after midnight there is an extra charge of 40 euros which doesn't seem to appear in any small print.

Large apartment in a residential building in the heart of Torino. Spacious rooms with unique decoration. The host provided a parking space in the yard of the property.

Noise from the street until late at night (but it is the very centre of Torino). No air conditioner - you don`t need it in that area, but the mid-August was extremely hot.

Lovely spacious property, great location, friendly host. When travelling and walking around cities I always wonder what’s behind these beautiful facades and doors, and what it’s like to live there. This apartment was perfect in answering that question. Beautiful building, bang in the city Center and close to lots of restaurants, just wish we were able to stay longer and really explore the city some more.

We couldn’t access the private parking straight away so we just parked in very locally in the convenient underground car park and since we had been travelling all day we decided to leave it there but did prove quite pricy for one night €30+ for less than 24 hours. But a very minor thing, don’t let this put you off. I’m sure with more communication with the host this could be rectified for any potential person staying in the future. Oh also, very small note, I think the shower drain needs cleaning as it’s very slow to drain and you have to keep turning the shower off to allow it to drain and not overflow into the rest of the bathroom….again minor note, don’t let it put you off…amazing apartment!
