Barbara is a very nice, helpful host & reply message very fast. She explained all details for apartment & car park during check in . The private carpark is a bonus. Apartment is closed to metro, train station & bus stop going to downtown.

We could hear car sounds in the mid night even we closed balcony door & put ear plugs. The air conditioner in sleeping room is not strong enough covering sitting room especially sofa area. We felt hot sitting on sofa watching nefix during our stay in early October.

Very nice and cosy apartment in a quiet street eventhough it is a city centre. Really liked communication with the owner. Answered very promtly.

Location was Great. Close to Porta Susa Train Station Host was Great Facilities were OK

Courtyard was an eyesore. Ironing facilities needs upgrading

Torino is a magical city with lots to offer, and we had the most wonderful stay at Appartamento Porta Susa. Barbara, our host, was so welcoming and helpful. Her instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. We loved the apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and to cook at home for the nights we didn't want to go out. The bedroom faces the street and has a beautiful balcony with lovely views onto the neighbourhood. The bed was really comfortable! The kitchen and living area is spacious and looks out into the central courtyard of the building. It was a real bonus to have parking included in our accommodation - which is located a short walk from the apartment. The Guest Manual was thorough and very helpful - especially the restaurant recommendations! We loved Trattoria l'Oca Fòla, and I completely agree with Barbara that Gelateria La Romana (also a short walk from the apartment) is excellent! We will definitely return to stay at Appartamento Porta Susa.

Nice place + easy communication with the host. We enjoyed our short stay.
