The location is great and the apartment is very nice.

The mattress is very deformed and it is impossible to sleep on it. the sheets didn't smell clean. The shower has a problem and the entire bathroom gets wet. the hot water runs out quickly. When I told the owner I could sleep because of the mattress I didn’t receive any apologize. She said: I’ll check the mattress. They I’ve read so many complains about the mattress so it was not something new. I basically ruined my only day I Torino because it was impossible to use that mattress. I’m still waiting for an apologize.

Great location, large space, very clean.

Some issue with shower. Drains slowly so started overflowing... Then ran out of hot water for second shower. Since I was second, I blamed both issues on spouse over using water. :P
