Host molto disponibile, posizione ottima per arrivo dalle due stazioni cittadine, letto matrimoniale molto comodo.

L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato, con un adeguamento in particolare del bagno (porta che non si chiude, presenza di una vasca senza alcuno schermo per poter fare una doccia senza allegare tutto). Divano letto con materasso sottile, quindi non molto comodo per persone di peso superiore ai 70 kg.
