Given the central location of the property it can be a little loud around the area but it didn’t bother us at all, just something to be aware of. There’s no washing machine for longer stays. It rained heavily the night we arrived, would be great to have umbrellas on the the property just in case.

房东特别友善，特别帮忙。给我们送床单；掉闸晚上11点过来修复；我们把车停在不当位置被拖走，她帮我们联系管理部门，送我们到那里取车。在入住的不到两天时间给她打了十几个电话，都能得到回应。 房子位置方便，去老城走10分钟。 房间宽敞明亮，厨具完备。

房子老旧，有些设施需要更新。 窗子不隔音，整夜都有人从楼下经过，大声喧哗。 虽然房间在一层（相当于我们的二层），但老楼层高高，要爬好多楼梯。

L'emplacement et les petites attentions

Le prix du parking (1€ de l'heure), le manque de chauffage (il n'y a qu'un chauffage et une clim chauffante pour tout l'appartement). Toute petite petite cuisine. Appartement "à l'ancienne" , avec ses avantages et surtout ses inconvénients.. Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres, qui donnent sur des rues passantes, le bruit peut vite être très dérangeant, carrelage froid en hiver... Appartement bien pour un court séjour, car très bien situé, mais difficile pour un séjour plus long.
