Great location, clean and plenty of space for two travellers

- The location is excellent - very close to the promenade, the palace, to all the best restaurants, the ferry port, some supermarkets etc. Yet it's on a small street so it's not noisy at all. And we found free parking space very easily. - The pool is a nice touch. Especially after a long road trip like we did that day. - Elena was great to communicate with. She recommended some great places to us.

- The shower room is way to small, very hard to maneuver. - No washer and dryer. We were in the middle of our trip and we really wanted to do our laundry. I think for this price point they should be there. - Only two small windows, no view or anything. This is a low level apartment and the windows are way up high. We didn't mind that so much since we were out and about all day, but the room is quite dark and rusty. If you like modern decor - that's not a place for you. - We are 2 friends, not a couple. So for us the place was a bit too small compared to other places we rented in Croatia. But - the location and the pool makes it a good catch in Split, for sure.

The accommodation and pool were lovely and spacious and the location was very good. However, the standout was the host who was amazing. I had broken my leg before arrival and she helped ensure that our stay in Split was as easy as possible by arranging a wheelchair. I would highly recommend this accommodation and if ever in Split again it would be my first choice.

Location was excellent, it was a 3 minute walk to the Riva cost most busy spot. The pool was amazing!
