Location perfect Communication clear and responses always quick Bedding extra comfortable

The only thing that I would mention is for an older person a lot of stairs as on second level

Amazing location. Aircon was great in the summer. Having the kitchen was a huge bonus as well

We were pretty annoyed that we only got to stay at the apartment for around 8 hours due to our cancelled flight in to Split. It is a great apartment in the middle of Split. Will definitely book again when we come back

The property was in an amazing location, perfect for staying in town. Plenty of food and bars close by as well as shops.

Our stay in Split was too brief; our family of four arrived late in the evening for just one night, and had to leave early the next morning. This apartment would suit a longer stay - a fresh open air market was a short walk away and with more time we'd have used the kitchen for snacks and a meal or two. The location is awesome, right in the charming part of downtown, and the unit was quiet at night despite a popular hang-out spot right out the front door. We communicated with our host via WhatsApp & Booking app, accessed the key via a tumbler code, and tucked into our unit. The kids each had a single bed, and the queen for us was comfy enough to get a good night's sleep.

As I recall, the air conditioning was in the main living space, so we kept the bedroom door open to absorb some of the cool air.
