Perfect location! It was nice to find cool drinks in the fridge and wine.

We had serious problems with a neighbor who lives one floor above. Around 11pm she started rearranging the furniture and talking so loudly that it was impossible to sleep. The neighbor did not respond to requests for silence. Fortunately, after an hour another neighbor appeared on the spot, who called the police. The woman mentioned that the noise is very common, so you should take this into account when planning your trip. We had a sleepless first night :(. Unfortunately, the apartment does not look as beautiful as in the pictures. It is not very spacious and needs refreshing. There was garbage on the floor in the bathroom. We were also misled when it comes to the number of beds - the offer includes 2 bunk beds, and there is only 1, i.e. 2 places to sleep. When I noticed this, I asked the host for extra bedding for the sofa, as we were traveling with a child, but he refused, explaining that it was too small to sleep on, while it is a normal sofa. For me, the downside was also the obligation to pay in cash.

Everything was great. Ivo, the host was very helpfull giving us all kind of usefull information about Split The apartment was super cozy, very clean, with all the facilities you need. The location was perfect, a very short walk to everything.

Brilliant location, immaculately clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. Excellent restaurant recommendations and traveller tips from Ivo who met us to hand over keys. Lots of little extras such as coffee pods, wine, water and juice etc. to ensure we had a great welcome. Really fantastic stay. Split is a beautiful city and we will definitely return!

Nothing, it was great. The only thing that is a small negative is that, unfortunately the taxi cannot go right up to the apartment, due to its location so you need to wheel your bags about 150 meters. This is because the apartment is in the heart of the old town, so it is a small price to pay for being near to everything.

kitchen supplied with basics plus a nice coffee maker - water and juice in the fridge was a nice touch; there's a washing machine and drying rack if you need to do a load during your travels; host is a nice person at checkin but then does not respond to requests for help

nighttime noise from the upstairs neighbors made it difficult to sleep - we stayed 3 nights and it was so horrible 2 of those nights we didn't know what to do; they finally stopped yelling and dragging furniture around by 1am
