Прекрасные, чистые, комфортные апартаменты. Есть абсолютно всё необходимое. Внимательный хозяин, который провел экскурсию по апартаментам, и рассказал об основных городских достопримечательностях. До многих из них отсюда легко добраться пешком. Рядом автобусная остановка, чтобы можно было быстро доехать до ж/д вокзала.

Нам было прикольно и интересно, но предполагаю, что кому-то это может и не понравиться и просто предупреждаю - на площади внизу каждый день собираются студенты. Пьют коктейли, болтают, иногда поют песни. Довольно шумно. При закрытых окнах их не очень слышно.
