Großzügig geschnitten. Viel Platz in einem Schlafzimmer super cooler offener Schrank. Tolle Dusche..Lage am Skilift

Teilweise Matratzen durch. .nur 1 Klo für 4 Personen Unstellung auf von Duschbrause auf Wasserfallkopf funktioniert nicht richtig.

We stayed there with our family, using all 7 beds in 3 bedrooms. Sebastian, the host, is helpful, flexible, and easy to communicate with. The apartment is spacious, and all of us had enough room in the bedrooms and the combined living and dining room. The place is unique, being one of the last houses on the road at the foot of the mountain. Peace, nice view, and fresh air around with easy access to more hiking trails. The area is just beautiful. We loved that very much!

Die Gegend ist fantastisch. Es ist sehr ruhig (wenn nicht gerade die Gastronomie im Erdgeschoss geöffnet hat). Schöner Augangspunkt für Wanderungen. Vermieter reagiert schnell und unkompliziert auf Wünsche/Anfragen/Probleme. Schlüsselsafe sehr praktisch. Betten bequem. Alle Räume sauber.

Wohnung (App.1) sehr klein. Kein Wohnbereich. Wir waren 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder (11 u. 13J.). Kaum Abstellmöglichkeit. Schrank nur mit Kleiderbügel. Küche für 4 Personen sehr sparsam ausgestattet. Ohne Spülmaschine. Haus allg. hellhörig. Preis für die Ausstattung für uns zu hoch.

Nice and quiet mountain area (skiing region), well-equipped apartment, ideal for a family visit. Host was very kind, Berchtesgadener Land sightseeing points are easily reachable by car within 0.5-1h.
