Che piacere! Udine in centro col posto auto

This is our second stay at the accommodation and we definitely recommend it. The apartment is fully furnished, ideal for a longer stay. Parking directly under the apartment is amazing. It is also possible to stay with a dog, which we really appreciate. Check- in was without any problem, you can pick up the keys at the key locker.

Location is great, you can reach everything in centre by foot. Apartment is very convenient for couple or small family, has all the facilities and cosy inside. Parking place is great addition.

A very nice town house. The gates are automatic and open quite fast. The kitchen is on the first floor, the bathroom and the bedroom are upstairs. Spacious, clean, comfy and quiet at night.

Cars rarely pass by the house, but the manhole cover on the road makes quite a noise when they do. Didn’t bother me much, as there’s almost no cars at night on the road, but definitely what the road services must fix. Surely not a fault of the host.

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and cafés, as well as the piazzas in the historical centre. Umberto, the host was amazing, very easy to contact and responded quickly, very kind and friendly, gave great recommendations for restaurants and even picked me up & dropped me off at the train station. The apartment itself was extremely clean, and comfortable, and fully equipped. I was there for one week, and wished I could have stayed longer! I will definitely be back again!

The very nice apartment good location

This spot is perfectly positioned and has great facilities, one of the best places we have stayed at on our holiday.

IT was very noisy as the windows are very thin and there is surprisingly alot of road noise during the night. The host also turned up at our door at 8:30pm at night without warning or messaging wanting our passports. This naturally was very unwelcome and disturbed our evening alot. We did not get a message requesting these prior to him turning up. Very strange.

The apartment was situated perfectly, 10 minutes (slow) walk from the Udine castle and a couple of minutes drive from the highway, and so it is a great spot to consider if you are up to discover the surrounding area. Additionally, you have parking place for your convenience right at the entrance - fitting for an average car, for a big SUV it could be a bit of a tight spot. Right around the corner a great Café with great coffee and house made sweets - perfetto! Wifi was also working fine, all amenities in good shape, very clean. You can see, that the apartment is quite old, still it has very delicate aura and therefore big recommendation from us (couple)

Can't really think of anything, one thing you have to be aware of, it is directly in the center of the city, so there is some traffic noise, but that's just the way it is, isn't it? So no complaints, really.

Extremely prompt and friendly host. The house is very beautiful and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay.
