Clean and nice place with sauna

Clean place. All beds were made and easy entrance

Minor bad smell in bathroom but poured hot water in the drains and it disappeared.

I was in Vaasa with a friend for a week visiting my 4 year old son. Everything worked out wonderfully with the landlord. I already knew the apartment from a similar property in Pori in terms of furnishings and size. Everything was great. However, there were still a few minor defects. The sofa had a fairly large stain and the toaster literally "smoked" when used. This also led to the landlord accusing us of smoking in the apartment, which was not done at all. But it's more of a misunderstanding. We had a very good stay and highly recommend the apartment. Above all, the location is also great! gladly again.

Great and modern apartment, very clean. The host of the apartment answers the phone, which is also great. In general a great place to stay.

Everything is just perfect. The host has been kind and explained perfectly everything. The apartment is nice and warmly, really comfortable for a couple. The sauna is perfect and easy to work. Really above any expectation. We only wished we could stay more!!

The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town (small town) and a 25 minute walk to the harbourside.

Where do I start? The apartment has a washing machine but there are no instructions to find the water tap. There is no dryer or ironing facilities so I can't see the point of a washing machine. We booked the apartment as it has a washing machine but it would have been cheaper to stay at one of the good hotels in town and go to a laundromat. The apartment may be fine in winter but is very hot with no ventilation and poorly fitting non-blackout curtains in summer so sleep is impossible. The apartment lighting was designed by a blind electrician and many lights don't work. Power points are not in usable locations so we had to move the kitchen table to power our laptop. Using the shower will wet the entire bathroom floor (must be the same blind plumber as the electrician). A shower wiper was supplied but it was worn out and didn't work. Despite the booking.com stating that there is parking it is random street parking and can be some distance away. We had to park next to a building site and the car was covered in cement dust every day. Despite the apartment having a dishwasher we had to hand wash all the cutlery and plates before we used them as they were all dirty. Towels, T towels and hand towels are rationed and insufficient for our stay. There wasn't even a broom to sweep the floors and the microwave had to be cleaned before we could use it. We should charge them a cleaning fee. Despite advertised as Netflix it should have stated that you need an account and password to access. It should have said Netflix ready but you will need your own account. The linen was very old and general maintenance is sub standard. I wouldn't recommend this place in summer and honestly it would be better value to stay at the Scandic hotel closer to town for about the same price. There is a very good laundromat in town that has dryers.
