Communication by WhatsApp was good.

Providing passport data had to be done by me online. We had 2 apartments and entering the data at first was difficult because the owner did not specify which apartment was to be occupied by which persons even though I had indicated on the booking confirmation the composition of persons in the two groups. So initially I had entered the wrong person’s data in the first apartment. If the owner had said”these people will be in this apartment, and the others will be in the second apartment “. I would not have had to spend so much time entering the data. After the owner read the data, they WhatsApp texted me with links that could be used to enter data correctly. While this process may save time and $$ for the owner, it shifts the administration to the client care and time. If you are not tech proficient I would not recommend this establishment. Most other establishments will photograph the required passport information upon checkin, which is considerate of the guests needs.
