Το σπίτι είναι καταπληκτικό! Πολύ μεγάλο με 3 υπερ ανετα δωμάτια με κλιματισμό. Σε ήσυχη γειτονιά και με πάρκινγκ που είναι πολύ σημαντικό για την πόλη του Βόλου! Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ .

Review for Karamba Boutique Living, Volos Our holiday in Volos started with quite a few unpleasant experiences right upon arrival. We contacted the lady responsible for the check-in, and she told us to find a key box placed on the side of the building entrance and then call her for the code. We found the box relatively quickly, but then ended up waiting for over an hour outside the building, in nearly 50°C heat, with a wheelchair-bound person and after a 7-hour drive. We couldn’t get through to her, as she was apparently on the island of Skiathos and unavailable by phone. In my frustration, I ended up calling Booking.com for assistance, as I had never experienced anything like this before. Once we finally got in touch and received the code, things moved fast – within 30 minutes, a woman arrived to collect the remaining payment. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. However, cleanliness was a major issue. The cleaning was substandard – surfaces were just superficially wiped, and it seemed like no professional cleaning had been done before our arrival. After speaking to the woman who came to collect the payment, I had a phone call with the property owner. She was clearly not happy that I had even minimal expectations regarding cleanliness. She offered either to refund me or to send a cleaning lady – which never happened. Unfortunately, leaving wasn’t an option for us, as we were traveling with a disabled person and were exhausted after the long trip. In conclusion: the apartment has potential, but the check-in process and maintenance do not meet the standards of proper hospitality. I hope the owners take this constructive feedback seriously and improve the service in the future.

Το σπίτι παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις για μία άνετη διαμονή. Καλαίσθητος χώρος, ευρύχωρα δωμάτια & άνετο μπαλκόνι. Εύκολη πρόσβαση με πάρκινγκ. Η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια άμεση.

Duże pokoje, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, miejsce parkingowe na terenie obiektu (jednak wysokość samochodu max 2m z uwagi na zadaszenie miejsca postojowego, my podróżowaliśmy z bagażnikiem dachowym więc nie mogliśmy skorzystać i musieliśmy znaleźć miejsce wzdłuż drogi). Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.

There were maintenance issues: The shower streem is slow. The kitchen equipment is bad, The Stove is not working well In the kitchen there are 3 electric devices with only one power port, so you need to switch between the 3 devices The safe box is not working and nor attached to the wall

The apartment is beautiful. It is huge and very spacious. It is beautifully decorated, we had all the facilities we needed. The beds in each bedroom are very comfortable, as is the sofa in the living room. The primary terrace is a story in itself as it is spacious, well-decorated and with a wonderful view. The entire complex where the apartment is located is beautifully decorated, with an excellent parking lot that we had. The location is also good, the area is quiet and peaceful and yet close to the center. In general, we are very satisfied, and we regret that we did not spend more days in this beautiful apartment. Huge recommendation!
