Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα. Πολύ καθαρό, περιποιημένο, ωραίο διακόσμηση, πολύ άνετο!! Και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του Βόλου.

Το σύστημα με την χρήση εφαρμογής στο κινητό για την είσοδο στο κτίριο, αλλά και στο ίδιο το κατάλυμα, είναι περίπλοκο. Προϋποθέτει ότι όλοι οι ένοικοι θα πρέπει να κατεβάσουν την εφαρμογή στο κινητό τους, κάτι το οποίο, ειδικά για ηλικιωμένους ανθρώπους, είναι αρκετά δύσχρηστο. Θα ήταν πολύ πιο βολικό, κατά τη γνώμη μας, να αντικατασταθεί με άλλο σύστημα (π.χ. παραλαβή και παράδοση κλειδιών από/σε ντουλαπάκι με κωδικό).

Needs a refresh. A simple clean of wardrobe doors would make difference. Skimpy utensils in kitchen. Silly app based lock system, one of you can’t easily hand over to partner.

The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a couple. It is in the city center so you can walk everywhere! Also it was very warm and cozy.

Volos has some parking rules we didn't know so you may not be able to park close to the apartment(+7 minutes walking). Of course that's not an issue with the apartment.

The property itself was very clean, tidy and comfortable. It was equipped with all things necessary for a long stay (pots, oven trays, plates, cutlery etc). Very good location, next to supermarkets as well as the center of the city. Also, the host was very kind and helpful when we asked to leave our luggage past our checkout, until we left the city.

The digital lock was a bit inconvenient and noisy, that I woke up my partner a few times when I needed to step out. Other than that, nothing really negatively impacted our stay, and it was an overall very pleasant experience.

Good location. Everything you need is in the apartment. Big terrace.

The bathroom gets all wet when showering, should consider making some kind of bath even though it's small.
