AUVery close to the beach and river. Nice quiet spot close to the bowling club. Plenty of outdoor entertaining areas with a BBQ and outdoor shower.

The owner charged extra 2.5% for credit card transaction fee even though Booking.com stated all fees and charges were included. I raised it with the owner, but he ignored me and sent me a bunch of automated check in messages, asking for my email for check-in again, even though everything was provided upon reservation. I asked Booking.com for assistance and they mentioned they reached out to the owner on my behalf, but nothing happened. We decided to stay there as the check-in date was near. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. It is worth a mention it is one of a few units, so you are quite close to other guests. Wooli itself is nice but very far from the highway and it does not have a major supermarket, so stock up before you come. There is some caravan park nearby and party types around (some men were shouting and chanting until quite late at night),m. Overall checking in and out was quite smooth. The surcharge issue was resolved by the owner after our stay when I followed up (I was ignored for 2 weeks) and indicated this was false advertising and deserves attention of the regulatory body in NSW and very bad review. I received the refund within the same day. This review would be much better if the manager of this property was an honest person and honoured the conditions of the booking as any decent person does.
AUThe location and the view was amazing! The owner was amazing, when Kathy explained there had just been renovations done to an apartment my parents were staying in she offered to move them if the paint smell was too strong. However it wasnāt bad at all, she was absolutely amazing and made our weekend away probably the best experience yet.
