Without resorting to hyperbole, this is one of the BEST apartments I've ever had the privilege of staying in, and I've been travelling professionally for nearly 40 years A beautiful apartment (more like a small house!), with superb facilities throughout. Our hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful, the whole property was immaculate, whilst reflecting genuine character in terms of furnishings and images (the owner is a professional photographer). Location is perfect, right in the middle of the beautiful City of Ypres. If you get an opportunity to visit this amazing City, try and book this incredible apartment. Can't praise it or the owners highly enough. 10 out of 10.

Nothing beyond the fact that I was only there for 1 night - this is such a superb apartment it seems a waste to spend less than 24 hours there.

Brilliant communication and we were met on arrival. The flat was spacious, lovely re decor and was spotlessly clean. Superbly equipped kitchen and little touches like things like salt and sugar etc left in the cupboard for guests and complimentary little chocolates did not go unnoticed. Super soft robes were provided too which I loved ❤️ and the location was fantastic with only a short walk into the centre. You walk through one bedroom to get to the other but the divider they have installed is perfect. We shared the apartment with another couple and it was not an issue for us in the slightest. Beautiful flat and I would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

Couldn't fault it.

Great location, a few minutes from the Menin Gate and many shops and restaurants. Lots of memorabilia. Option to pay for a local garage for your car or bikes. Coffee, teas and chocolates provided. Secure. Louis (?), one of the owners spoke perfect English, and was really friendly. He lives next door, so is available if you need him. There's a large bathroom with a double wash basin, great shower and toilet, but also a separate toilet down the corridor. Would definitely stay again.

Not so much dislikes, but be aware that one of the bedrooms was only accessed via the other. There is a privacy net, but you need to be fairly relaxed with those in the other bedroom 😉 It's up a steep staircase, but it's an old building, so that can't be helped.

Great location, spacious, comfortable, just like home. It was quiet. No problem falling a sleep. Loved having the garage for off-street parking. I liked having the photo equipment and photos on the wall that added warmth to the rooms.
