Studio Mare

We had a perfect 4 nights stay in this apartment. The host (Marinka) is amazing. She was extremely friendly, supportive and generous during our stay. Apartment was really clean, fresh, well equipped with all necessary things for cooking and comfort stay. The dedicated parking place is also a great benefit. Definitely can recommend this place for a stay in Zadar

EVERYTHING! This studio is beautiful, I was able to arrive early and was warmly welcomed- it was just like visiting a friend. There was a huge array of guides/leaflets. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and really nicely furnished. There were refreshments in the fridge and snacks on the table. The studio is right next to a convenience shop and around a 1 minute stroll to a bakery and supermarket. It is very close to the beach also.

Everything there was perfect. Small and cozy apartment not far from the center of Zadar. Near by are great restaurants, bakery, supermarket. Beaches are very near, few minutes of walking. We had nice stay and I would definetely come back and recommend this apartment to my friends. Host was really nice, explained to us everything and was always answering. There is small terrace and space for parking. Really great accomodation :)

Small but perfect studio apartment, everything you could need is provided and very comfortable and welcoming. Marinka is an excellent host who went above and beyond to help us and make us feel at home. She contacted a local man and booked us onto a boat trip around the islands - definitely recommend that too. She baked us a delicious cake! Looking forward to returning again in the future, loved it so much.

The studio was in a spectacular location and also extremely clean with a fully equipped kitchenette. The cleanliness is remarkable tha you can actually smell how nice are the bed linens. Marinka, the owner was so kind and generous. She let us have a very early check in and made sure to give us few tips around Zadar. She even got us cake and apple pie ☺️ we really felt home and welcome which entirely gave positive vibes to the trip. The studio is near markets, bakery, pharmacy and few close by beaches as well as restaurants.. It is also a walkable distance to the center circa 20ish min . We had an early flight and wanted to make sure that an Uber would be available, so we asked Marinka who confirmed it yet offered to give us a ride herself to the airport in case we couldn't find, which was not the case because an Uber was easily booked.. Highly recommended especially with Marinka's kind hospitality.

Marinka is one of the best hosts ever. She is extremely friendly, let us check in 2 hours before the proposed check in time. She is very hospitable and her apartment is compact, very clean and extremely central. It's worth every penny. You are very close to the city and there are bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is very thoughtfully setup with beautiful pictures and has everything that you can possibly need.
