A truly beautiful apartment, high quality bedding/ finish throughout. We would happily move in there tomorrow! The terrace is not done justice by the online photos, it is a great space, larger than it appears on the listing and with views of the marina to the side. A wonderful private space to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks especially. Just a minute walk to a great mini supermarket which is well stocked and fair prices, and 2 minute walk to the marina and small local beach. The whole area is spotless and the neighbours were very friendly. Anyone that goes here wanting to party shouldn't as the area is residential which makes for a very relaxed quiet surrounding with just the usual sound of day to day living. The parking is a tight space to get into - we had a Clio and that was no problem at all - but if you have a larger car it is easy to park very close to the apartment for free.

There was nothing we didnt like (apart from the mosi's!) Our only 'request' would be for a mirror in each of the bedrooms as you are reliant on using one in the bathroom or full length one in the lounge area which is okay, but if you are in the ground floor room you have to come upstairs. Not a complaint at all, just a friendly suggestion :)

"Cozy Zadar Apartment"

Great and cozy apartment, ideal for 4 people. It has all the appliances and it is close to the beach and bus station from where you can travel around Zadar, a great place to stay.

The Apartment is modern and new and the large balcony very inviting.

The parking space is only suitable for small cars. There is no wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom.

"Modern by name, modern by nature"

True to its name, the apartment certainly felt modern, and very clean. Very well equipped with new washing machine, smart TV, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Lovely outdoor space for drying clothes and eating/hanging out. Exclusive off-road parking space. Only a minute away from a well stocked mini-supermarket, and less than 5 minutes away from a place to swim (just in front of the local yacht club).

Parking is tight, but perfectly manageable in our hire car (Peugeot 208).
