So close to everything, could walk to everywhere,

No air conditioning, but Italy was in a heatwave. Fans made it okay to sleep at night.

Gorgeous funky apartment with well appointed and fun furnishings and comfortable large bed and lounge. The location is perfect as it’s very close to the main historic centre, but a few minutes away from any late evening venues that could be loud. Easy self check in and check out, and great communication by the hosts Sara & Fabio.

The only small negative is that without screens on the door and windows, there can be some mosquitoes inside. You can close the windows and door but this leaves no natural light.

Easy, no problem communication with owner. Parking 300 metres with using escalators.

Apartment spacious quie t and in a great area

We travel a lot and this is the best apartment we have ever stayed at! I wish we can give it 100 points because that’s how we feel. The problem is that we now compare this apartment with other apartments and we just want to go back to Civico7!! It has everything you can wish for and more. The check in easy. and host Fabio was so kind and let us check in early. Thanks Fabio. And the location was also perfect. Quiet but close to everything and no stairs!! This space is too small to tell all the good things in this apartment.

Nothing nothing

This is one of the best accommodations I had in recent days. Very pretty and clean apartment in the middle of old town of Arezzo. Highly recommend.

The apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy all the good things in Arezzo. It's a homely and comfortable place will all the commodities to make you feel at home.

Everything was perfect.
