Struttura deliziosa, su più piani , ma ogni spazio ben organizzato e accogliente. Inoltre molto molto pulito, ben riscaldato e ottima posizione . Seppur in pieno centro è in una strada silenziosa. Da tenere come punto di riferimento e tornarci sempre.

La gentilezza della proprietaria, la posizione centralissima, la pulizia, l'arredamento accogliente, il salottino terrazzato, le lenzuola con un profumo delicato che sapevano di pulito della nonna, i tanti cuscini! La casa era super fornita ma soprattutto ho trovato delle bustine di tè! Io bevo solo tè e nelle case non lo trovo mai! Super consigliata!

This is a lovely place to stay in Arezzo. The accommodation was very comfortable and beautiful (I imagine the balcony would be great in warmer weather), and little touches in the kitchen made it more comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and easily sorted some last minute changes to the number of guests.

Not an issue for us but to note for anyone with mobility issues - its at the top of a steep hill in Arezzo and many steps in the property. Also to note that on cold autumn days the heating couldn't be turned on until a certain day in October, but the owner provided extra blankets for comfort.

La casa è graziosa e in ottima posizione centrale

Il riscaldamento troppo basso di temperatura e alle 21:00 si spegne e dopo 1 ora la casa è troppo fredda.
