The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was very secure, though close to the Piazza Grande. The third floor terrace room was a nice addition, though we didn't use it. There were many cafes to choose from, and only a short, but steep walk to the top of town with beautiful views from the park. We were also lucky enough to stay here on practise night for the medieval festival, so witnessed the horses, drummers, and parade in our street below.

We thought there would be A/C and a washing machine, but hadn't read the fine print closely. You need to be quite fit to climb up to the apartment from the walking street. The light over the stove was broken, and there was no adequate cutting board.

Great bed, super comfortable and above the standard b&b. Nice and cozy in general.

Beautiful apartment on three floors just off Piazza Grande and the historic centre of Arezzo. Contactless check-in was easy and our host very helpful and quick to respond. Spotlessly clean, well furnished and equipped, with kitchen essentials provided. The bed is really comfortable and the location peaceful. We loved everything about it!

We loved the location of this property. Arezzo was just lovely, and this was in the center of it all, but still a nice quiet street. The home was exactly as pictured, and very comfortable and clean.

The walk from the train station was mostly uphill so could be a tricky walk for some, which was no reflection of the home, but it is something to keep in mind if you are walking from the train station.

Fabulous apartment for our family of four. Super spacious, super comfortable & super clean. Federica greeted us on arrival. There was even a typed itinerary for all the festivals and attractions to see for each day of our stay.

A washing machine would have been good - never mind - there is a laundromat 7 minutes walk from the apartment.

The stairs. 14 to the first level (kitchen and living room), 14 stairs to the second level (bath and 1st bedroom) and 14 to the 2nd bedroom and small terrazza).

Frederica was so Helpful with advice on checking in, where to park, as well as things to do in the area. The property was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer!’

A perfect stay. Great communication from the host and simple checkin. Lots of info left in the apartment on local eateries, shops and gelatarias. The apartment itself is reached by climbing a narrow set of stairs to the first level where you find the kitchen/dining and separate lounge area. The windows open over an amazingly historical street. Up another flight and you find the bedroom and shower/bathroom. And if you need it, up a further flight is another bedroom and terrace/reading area. Quality throughout, very well appointed kitchen, great bed and the best location. Close to the action but pretty quiet as well. We rate this as up there with our best stays.
