Little Cosy Apartment

The apartment is super clean! The location is amazing, you just have to go across the road to have access to the sea and a good swim. Also in the center, so close to all the restaurants and shops of the old town. The host was very nice, he waited for us in the street near the apto, which was really good otherwise it can be tricky to find the apartment. I read some comments previously about the noise, indeed can be noisy during the night, specially on weekends - but it didn't disturb me or my boyfriend. If you don't mind wearing some ear plugs, you should be fine (that is what I did). Other than that, the apartment surprised me in a good way, it is spacious and super confortable. I would stay there again.

Perhaps writting a note saying that the prefereable way of payment is in cash. It wasn't a problem for us, the host happily accepted we transfered the money to a bank account, but if we knew there was no option of card payment we wold have prepared better.

Awesome stay! It was very clean, central, the host waited for us with the map of Zadar on table :) everything was perfect at this location! I highly reccomend it!

The location can’t be beat. Footsteps to the water and in the bustling bar and restaurant district. The host was very nice and responsive and stayed for our arrival until almost 1 am from the airport. WiFi was fine also.

The check in process was a bit odd. I guess it was unclear to me that I had to pay cash on site for the room (first in over 20 bookings on booking.com) Booking.com said I would have to pay in the local currency, but I thought that meant just euro and my credit card would be charged. This was maybe on me for not bringing cash, but it led me to having to go to the ATM with terrible conversion rates which I took a hit. The booking.com app didn’t state this clearly. Also, the location is not good if you want a good nights sleep and cannot deal with bar noise. The windows create a buffer, but the bars go late until 2am. We did fine though and slept okay. We also were out late.

The apartment is very nice, comfy and clean. Everything we needed to be make ourselves at home was available. It has air conditioning and an adequately equipped kitchen. Bed was very comfortable, has roller shutters so it could be made very dark. Very central location.

A couple of evenings the noise and music from the nearby bar was very loud and we could hear it even with closed windows. It did stop around midnight it was still ok.

The flat is pleasant and clean. The location is great.

The flat is in a block of flats and very close to other buildings. The views are obstructed.

Wonderful host wonderful little apartment but unfortunately night club downstairs is very nosy after 9:30 pm. The host family were fabulous, picked me up at bus station and provided me with plum brandy ând wine from their farm.

Bàr Rio downstairs is too noisy and horrible on Friday and Saturday night. I was here in November with windows closed and the street seating not in use, good luck if you are here in the summer.

Little Cozy was in a perfect location. 1 minute to the sea and 1 minute to the Central Square! It is very close to the bars! The host had thought of absolutely everything inside the apartment, there was everything you could possibly need. Primarily it was spotlessly clean and everything like brand new.

Everything was amazing! It is right next to bars with loud music but this didn’t bother us after a long day around Zadar
