NZNice ppl. Maybe we got lucky, the bus station next door was not noisy at all. 50m to market and apoteka.
Air-conditioning in the living room only, a very underpowered bedroom unit. Took 8 hours on a 33c day near midnight to get cool. I think owner should get a bedroom aircon in the back bedroom, and it's perfect.
PLWe really enjoyed a stay in this apartament. It was clean and well equipped. The host was very nice and even leave us some snacks and drinks.
We were there in December and it was a bit cold there. There is an AC, but it’s hard to heat up all the apartament.

Situation was near the busstation and taxi so it was noisy but easy to go to the airport. No seafew.
USPLPerfect localization - close to the bus station and grocery store, 5-10 mins to the beach. The flat was very clean and in perfect condition. We could bbq in a big garden. The home owners were very nice, they offered clean towels and fresh vegetables.
