Votre gentillesse et vos précieux conseils sur les restaurants et les endroits à visiter ont vraiment rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Très bonne accueil, Kaltoum était à notre service avec de très bon conseil. Quartier calme avec commerces à proximité.

Modernisé le logement.

The host Lady was very friendly and helpfull. She allowed us early checkin. She even arranged breakfast for us when we arrived. Whenever we had any issue she was very responsive on phone/whatsapp. Flat size was good. Rooms, Lounge were good suize, were clean and fine. Kitchen had all the appliances, pots, utencils and items to even cook and survive for a short stay. Hot Water was available for shower via an Electric Boiler. Nice neighbourhood with access to local shops and local market, pharmacy and restaurents within 10-15 minutes walk. Value for money apartment

We will be honest about the Kitchen and Toilet condition. Especially Toilet in bad shape and in state of repairs and needed refurbishing. If you are not careful in using facilities things were literally coming into your hands. I suggest to spent some money on improving Toilet and Kitchen. The pictures used for advertising does not give idea about the actual surroundings of this Flat. The location is like a housing society called Haya AlFaarah. The surrounding area is like an under construction township with lots of buildings with block of Flats where mostly middle class locals live around. There was a massive empty space/roundabout with big trucks and lorries parked inside during night giving it a look of industrial area. There was no Airconditioning but weather was good in end July 2024 so we survived by leaving windows and patio doors open. The only issue was that the outside road was a bit active till late night and you could not sleep due to sound of cars as you cannot close the windows and patio door due to lack of ventilation and hot weather. Washing Machine was difficult to use but Host Lady helped us on how to operate.
