отличный менеджер, всегда на всвязи, все очень предусмотрено все инструкции понятны и очень легко было попасть в жилье, буду рекомендовать друзьям. еще вернусь

По приезду час пыталась дозвониться до владельцев квартиры.Потом еще час переписывались с ними.В итоге выяснилось,что забронированная квартира занята.

We stayed here for a few days. It's a modern and clean apartment with all the amenities, including a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The view is beautiful, and the location in the city is excellent.

We arrived at Galileo terrace at 06:00, after requesting an early checkin, which was approved. When we arrived after a long-haul flight from South Africa, there was no one there. We had been sent a pin code to access the building - it did not work. We phoned the owner, no answer. Finally, a local couple, who saw us stranded on the street, took pity on us, and invited us into their apartment. They finally tracked down the owner, who told them that the apartment would only be ready at 14:00. By 14:30, we were informed that we were being moved to another apartment, at another property. They would not take payment via Booking.com or our credit card, and insisted that we pay money directly into their account. Since we are foreigners, we do not have access to the Kazakhstani banking system. The local couple came to our rescue and deposited the money for us ($66), which we could then refund to them in cash. At no point did we meet the owners. Furthermore, while the new apartment looked good in the surface, the mattress on the bed was nothing more than springs covered in fabric. We slept on the couch instead. I suspect this is all a scam, to draw customers, but then to bypass Booking.com when it comes to the payment.

The property was clean and comfy. Everything worked well.
