L'emplacement est magnifique mais ce n'est pas suffisant pour un bon séjour. Le propriétaire manque du sens de bienveillance.

La TV ne fonctionne pas et quand je l'ai signalé, il n'a pris aucune disposition pour remédier au problème. Le propriétaire a également fait des travaux dans l'appartement à ma présence et il a laissé la poussière de ces travaux derrière lui. Sans parler du manque d'équipements et de rechanges de draps adaptés aux enfants. La propriétaire m'a insulté pour les accidents de pipi de mes enfants alors qu'il devrait prévenir ce genre de situation en mettant des draps perméables adaptés aux lits d'enfants. Manque aussi de propreté, les draps n'étaient pas propres.

Great unit, clean and in excellent location only thing due to summer humidity it definitely needs Air conditioning in the unit. over all great place and owner is responsive.

No Air Condition

The actual property is nice, it is spacious and located conveniently near the beach and pool. The pool was lovely.

The property is not well maintained. It has an awful smell of mould and damp in one of the bathrooms which seeps into the bedroom next door. The shower in that bathroom has black mould growing around parts of the bottom of it. We just avoided using that bathroom during our stay because it was unbearable to go in and to have the door open. The shower door in the other bathroom is missing so water goes all over the floor when you shower. The actually property facilities are very poorly maintained. For instance,the cupboards in the kitchen smell musty and damp, the kettle has mould growing inside it, the coffee machine is old and dirty looking. There were constant flies all around the property, even though we kept all doors and windows closed. It all just put us off wanting to use anything. I was extremely disappointed as the pictures and reviews do not give a true impression of what you’re getting.

Close to the ocean

Everything was perfect from the location to the home itself and the environment around it. The home was clean and had all basic necessities. Security was present making me and my family feel very safe and the communication with the home owner was quick and very useful. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, it was a perfect holiday

The property: We came as a family of 6 (3 adults & 3 children) and the place was very spacious for us as it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big living room. Both the living room and main bedroom have glass doors that lead out to the private garden. There is ample secure private parking if you have a car (which I think you should as there isn’t any local amenities). It said there wasn’t any WiFi available but when we arrived we found that there actually was which was a added bonus, it’s not the quickest as it’s over 4g but it does the job. One thing I would say is you’ll probably need to bring your own towels as there was only two which wasn’t enough for us. You’ll also need to bring other small bits like toilet paper, washing up liquid, washing powder etc. I read the reviews before booking so we came prepared with all the extra stuff. The complex: The complex itself is beautiful and very well kept, you’ll see the cleaners and gardeners doing there jobs daily. It’s also very quiet as we barely saw anyone else. There are three pools within the complex which we always had to ourselves due to it being so quiet. There are two gates that lead directly from the complex to the beach which was nice and sandy. Central Asilah is a 10 minute drive away and Tangier is a 30 minute drive away.

Wish we stayed longer :)

Dany's place is lovely and he's a fantastic host. The apartment is spacious and airy and is a stones throw from the beach with a pool nearly outside the door. It's a taxi ride from the little town of Asilah which is just delightful. The kitchen is very well stocked even having a Tagine so we made a tasty lamb one with produce from the local market, absolutely delicious. Our flight was very late and Dany let us stay on until the taxi picked us up with no problem, so kind. It's safe to say that we'll be returning soon.

The security guard was horrible but he didn't ruin our stay.

it was truly a beautiful spot! The beach was great, it felt like we had the ehole beach to ourselves!
