The area is near and easy to locate. The rooms are good, and clean. Nice because its at almaty center.

Not much to say. Just the cleaning ladies dont smile. but i can understand maybe their exhausted with their jobs.

Location is central, easy walking to places of interest. Heating is good and apartment is well equipped and tastefully furnished. Fittings and appliances were good quality.

Payment was a hassle. Second apt Jan 25-27 had no hot water after midnight and shower holder wasn't working and washing machine in bathroom was odd. Double bed was very small and so was blanket. Felt like a bed for single person.
