So overall too good cleaning, too good staff services, too good location, too good atmosphere, too good price and specially owner behavior too good.

Julia and Tatiana were very accommodating and helpful.

The room is perfect for someone who is on business in Kazakhstan for few days, excellent location, you can even walk to your meetings and banks. Good restaurants and shops all around.

Three improvements can be made: first would be to put a lamp next to the bed, so that if you wake up in the middle of the night you turn it on. The nearest switch was 3-4 steps away. It would be better to put a clock that does not make so much tiktak, I had to take off the battery, as it was waking me up in the first night. Please add also a small sieve for tea, better than the small teapot. Thanks

Amazing location and very cozy apartment.

Firstly, the interior was amazing. I love how comfy and warm the atmosphere felt as we walked in. They have all the essential equipments and it felt so homey.
