Perfetta Letizia Casa Vacanza

Maria was very attentive in texting to see if we were enjoying our stay and made sure we were warm enough as it was a cold period in Assisi. She is very thoughtful and gave us information about Assisi. The location is excellent with views at the back over the valley. It is very near local shops and cafes but far enough away to be quiet and private. Also very near the bus terminal that takes you to and from the railway station which made arrival and departure very easy. The property is an interesting mixture of beautiful old archways and interesting modern design which very cleverly sections off part of the living space if required to form a very attractive and comfortable second bedroom. We had a wonderful stay.

This place has lots of charm and is very well located. It appears exactly as the pictures are on the listing. The facilities were very clean worked well. The main bed was very comfortable.

The apartment smelled great as we first entered, but within a few hours, it smelled very musty. Because of the nature of the property (It's built into a hillside below ground), a dehumidifier or other method of removing moisture, in addition to some method of neutralizing the musty smell would be of great benefit. Directions on how to separate the trash would be most helpful.

The pictures were accurate and comfortable. Host was very accommodating and followed up to make sure we got in.

The property was beautiful and in a nice location.

We were very much so looking forward to our stay in Assisi however last minute no one was available to let us into the apartment. The owner gave us a PIN code to access a key. The key let us into the “wrong” apartment that was a mess and did not have towels. We were unable to get in contact with the host during the first hour we were there so we decided to book somewhere else. We have been trying to work with booking.com to receive a refund as we never even entered the correct apartment. However the host has been refusing. The apartment looks beautiful but people should be aware that the host can be hard to reach and if something goes wrong will not refund you your money. We are happy that we did not end up staying there as it scary that the host would give a key to guests that lets you into multiple apartments. I highly recommend the Hotel Ideale in Assisi instead they have great service, can book you a taxi, and a delicious included breakfast.

The house is a fairytale house, it was unreal. Letizia was very accommodating and kind, always offering help and support. The place was spotless, all the amenities were above expectations. Idyllic views from the room’s balcony. I hope I can go back one day.
