Internet never worked but that's not very important. The lack of a proper cleaning was evident

Great location and spacious if you rent the whole apartment if you do not have to share bathroom snd kitchen Paulo was very helpful and easy to communicate with

Kitchen not clean at all. Unbelievable grime around exhaust fan and surfaces We paid for the whole apartment so we did not have to share but did not realise Paulo has office in the apartment and comes and goes while you are renting it. Also have to pay for washing machine and dryer 5 saurischians each and we have never done that before. Thus is main reason we hire apartments while we are away long time so we can wash clothing and also cook Lots of stairs do not for older people

Fantastic location, Paulo communicated so well and gave so much information about seeing Aveiro and the Costa Nova. Little balcony overlooked the area. We only stayed one night but the full kitchen would be great for longer stays. Nice sitting area and 2 full bedrooms.

For one night it was okay but the beds/mattresses could be more comfortable.

Paulo was great host, explain and guide us the attractions in Aveiro.

Paulo is the best! He was very helpful, always available, gave great restaurant recommendations, and made our stay easy and familiar. He spent time explaining not just the accommodations but also what to do around town, easy ways to get there, etc. I couldn't have asked for a more accommodative host.

Little mats all round the apartment, nearly a hazard, we all nearly slipped on them, unnecessary so we put them in a corner.
