Room was clean and 100% worth the paid value. Breakfast was good served to room.location of the place is awesome, 2 minutes walking from Bayterek Monument, and the few is fantastic!

the room we were staying had the AC issues.

Расположение и вид из окна просто супер. Байтерек, акорда как на ладони.

Полотенца просто ужас, синтетика голимая и лезут что аж на коже потом ворс остаётся. Тапочки ни о чем. Старая мебель, санузел тоже уже еле дышит

Very central location. The price is great too.

Breakfast variety is limited, delivered to the room. The location listed in Yandex is wrong - it points to the wrong entrance of the building, the owner should notify Yandex. Sometimes, the car would go to the other end of the building.
