Apartment near centre

Spacious and well equipped. Very easy to check in with plenty of support from the owner.

No issues

I liked that the flat has enough space for also doing some fitness exercises. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby. Neighbors are quiet. City center and Delta building are very close to the apartment. The flat had everything needed to feel comfort.

Isolation of windows could be better - the noise from cars driving on the street posed some challenges for sleeping. Water pipes in the shower were kind of blocked. It would be also good to have a stronger toilet flush.

Great location and very nice, warm, compact apartment with everything necessary (kitchen, washing machine etc.. ) for a solo traveler, a couple of an small family. The owner takes care of most of the small details (they even have small reflecting discs in the entrance, mandatory to use to be seen by cars in Winter nights when walking). I have been no leas than 4-5 times in this place over the years and always consistently good. And I have never seen the owner, communication by messages is extremely fast in case necessary .

Good quiet place, you can find all what you need.

Smell from the fridge

+Cozy, fully equipped apartment. Was comfortable and spacious.There were thick curtains that blocked out the sunlight well. Good beds and clean linen +Well situated, peaceful location but at the same time in close proximity to the centre of Tartu and bus station. Two supermarkets near the apartment. +Were provided all the kitchen devices and objects (also that they leave the previous guest things) that are in good condition (sugar, flour, cereals, olive oil, salt, etc....). Also the shampoo, gel, etc... +Coffee machine (the owner left us coffee bags) +Excellent Wi-Fi and TV +Board games +Private parking (During business hours, parking in front of the house is only 2 hours)

- There is no dining table (space for it) for 4 people - There was no elevator (not problem for us) - The kitchen was not very clean (microwave oven)

Children friendly, clean place very close to the city center. It has everything that is needed. Very uncomplicated check in and check out.
