Affordable One Bedroom Apartment Lake Taupo C4

It was self catering, I thought we would have a complete lake view, but I wouldn’t let that put me off ,as the lake wasn’t that far away . I likes the idea that there was a washing machine , very handy.

Everything we needed was there

Room had not been cleaned from previous tenants. When contacted the owner they said they would get someone to clean, which they did, but the room smelled badly of bleach. The owners said they would contact the following day to discuss compensation but to this date there has been no call received from the owners.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake Taupo apartments, located opposite the lake and a short drive from town. The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable, the kitchen in particular was well equipped for anyone wishing to self cater. The bedroom and bathroom had extra blankets and towels and a washer/dryer and ironing facilities, always handy when travelling! We also had a nice verandah to relax and unwind at the end of the day.

This apartment was in a very good location. It was very clean, comfortable & had everything you need.

No real issues

Good location close to lakefront. Plenty of amenities for self catering, including large fridge and a dishwasher. Clean and tidy.

No password provided for the wifi, so had to rely an on unsecure network - and no response from host when queried. Bed sagging in middle and not really that comfortable.
