I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I can't express how delighted I am with the experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the cleanliness and warmth of the place. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way possible. It was not just a place to stay; it felt like a home away from home. Every corner was meticulously maintained, and it was evident that cleanliness was a top priority. The landlord lady, who is an absolute gem, made our stay even more special. She greeted us with a warm welcome and took the time to provide us with valuable tips on what to explore on the island. Her genuine hospitality added a personal touch to the entire experience. The proximity of a store nearby was incredibly convenient, and the accessibility to several beautiful beaches made our daily adventures even more enjoyable. We were able to explore the wonders of the island with ease, thanks to the strategic location of the apartment. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need. It felt like the owners had thought of every little detail to ensure their guests had a comfortable and memorable stay. It was a pleasant surprise to find all the essentials readily available. In conclusion, this apartment is a hidden gem, and I feel fortunate to have stumbled upon it. The studio is small but very cosy. There is everything to have a comfortable stay. We were very pleased with a bottle of wine and delicious fruit nectar the host greeted us with. All toiletries and beach towels were provided by the host. There are two beaches within a few minute's walking distance from the apartments and plenty of Restaurants around but most of them do not work on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. Spar supermarket is in the next building and a very nice cafe in the same building, just around the corner. Not too far, around 2 km, there are big supermarkets ALDI, LIDL and Mercadona. We did get a car for the duration of the holidays and it was very useful in this quiet location, as there is nothing just to do, just beaches. Having a car allowed us to visit different attractions and get around beautiful Gran Canaria island.

Fantastic place. very comfortable apartment, well furnished. It has everything you need: towels, beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen. You can cook like at home. there is a hair dryer, iron, toaster. Underground car park. Nice place, peaceful. Shop and two beaches almost next to the apartment. Very nice and helpful owner. Well designed studio , excellent wi fi, netflix, great shower, tea and coffee, provided, toiletries, and beach towels provided , washing machine. Brilliant hosts. Lovely coffee shop around the corner. Short walk to the beach.

clean, modern & quality. Nice balcony and desk area to work. Apartment was comfortable and made it easy for us to work and take breaks at the beach :)) The host is very friendly and easy going.

A bit difficult to store your bigger luggages, but we found a way. There is enough space to hang clothes ect.
