Чистая уютная квартира, все есть необходимое, рядом инфраструктура развита , рядом много магазинов с продуктами ,недалеко кафе Zirvak с отличной узбекский кухней ( по цене очень приемлемо),уехать в любую точку города без проблем, заселение без контактное ( очень удобно особенно в ночное время) , все понравилось, отметили для себя как вариант для повторного проживания! We loved this apartment and ending up booking a second time a few weeks later. The location is fantastic, nearby main attractions and plazas. There are 2 grocery stores and a cafe downstairs. Apartment was clean and was well furnished. No problem cooking meals and doing laundry. Shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. Perhaps one of the most comfortable beds in Kazakhstan. Aircon was cold. Wifi internet was very fast and stable, over 60Mbps. I was able to do video conferences for work with no problem.

Elevator and stairs in the building were a little creepy and worn out. Could use a new shower curtain. Upon reservation, the confirmation process was confusing as a foreigner. I had to download the apartx application, upload passport verification via selfie, and sign a long contract which I needed to use Google translate to understand. Then they wanted payment via Caspi which I tried to set up both online and physically at the kaspi store but I can't use it as a foreigner. Eventually Veronica ended up agreeing to meet us and accept cash. She is very kind and helpful. We are very glad we ended up staying here after almost canceling because we didn't have access to payments that locals do. This made it a really frustrating process for us as tourists. If they would accept foreign credit card payments via booking.com or a 3rd party processor, this problem would have been easily avoided.
