A Perfect Stay to Escape the City

This property is exceptional. Very spacious, clean and organized. Owner is not hard to contact and the staff like the guards at the main gate were very friendly and helpful. I have problems with allergies when it comes to linens not being washed thoroughly but to my suprise, this unit gave me and my family a clean feel.

The water supply became our only problem with the property, but since i contact the owner and she asked the staff to assist us, the issue is being resolved asap.

바기오 지역상 물이 단수가 되는게 불편했습니다.. 모두가 겪는 불편이라 생각합니다.

This is a nice place for a couple's staycation, when you have no plan to go out and just enjoy movie marathon. We did enjoy the loveseat la-Z-boy +++. Internet connection and the android TV is also a +++. The dinning area is OK and dinner table can fit a fam of 6.

A single bathroom for 6 persons seems to be short. The main water supply is not stable though there's a water tank provision. The management may consider to renew the design of their water system, the pump is frequently running (it's a bit loud) when main water supply is out. The kitchen sink is clogged and you need to wait the water to drain before you can clean the sink. You also need to pay for the drinking water.. 50php per 5gal :) but yeah, I think it's the same everywhere in Baguio. If you plan to commute and would ride a jeepney, you need to be fit coz it will be a work out :) you need to walk steep uphill to access the service road. It may only be my opinion, nearing senior years :D, but yeah, fit person won't mind it. We just experienced it because our car is coding :)
