The property is well maintained and situated nearby a rural area. Though it is located by a busy road, traffic was not audible at night.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps some instructions of what to do with the trash and separation of trash bins would have facilitated such issue

Lovely apartment. Very friendly landlord. Kids had a play area and had lots of fun. Quite close to shops.
