204 Hidden Gem apartment in the heart of Tulum w/ huge private terrace and pool for 6 Pax

The apartment is excellent: it is new and spacious, with two huge terraces, pretty good AC, big living room with nice furniture etc.

Location. It is actually a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. Unexpectedly for us, Tulum was pretty bad for walking. Local taxi mafia is going to abuse you with their prices, and apparently the staff doesn't care much about it

Beautifully decorated and spacious apartment for our group of 6. Beds were very comfortable. We had a large terrace with a small pool (which we did not use). However, a very large common swimming pool is available in the complex. Apartment close to supermarket Chedraui, and at a few minutes drive from the city centre and the beach clubs.

Dishware was definitely not sufficient but we somehow managed. We stayed for 3 nights and on 2 of them we heard very loud tenants/residents, some of them even fighting. There doesn't seem to be any control during the night from the staff. Be aware of construction works opposite the residence. It is therefore very noisy during the day. Not so pleasant when you want to relax at the pool.

The location, the ambiance, the area, it was very comfortable.

T.V. didn't work in one room.

Quiet, spacious and confortable apartment, in a recent building and neighbourhood. Fully epuiped. Nice swimming pool. Host is very helpful and reactive.

A bit more dishes should be appreciated.
