First of all, I really liked how responsive Daniele was. He guided us via messages and whenever I required something he was promptly answering providing assistance. This was very hospitable and made us feel secure. Other than that, the apartment was really spacious and comfortable. It was next to metro stations that could bring you shortly to the city center. During our stay, it was really cold in Torino, however, we could adapt the heating system in order for the apartment to be warm. This was really important to us and made our stay really comfortable. The check-out day, we were allowed to check-out 2 hours later, which really helped us to better arrange our program.

The elevator was working using a tele-control. During our stay we faced difficulties, since it was not working properly. Most of the times we were able to use it, but not always and it was a bit frustrating to wait even 5 minutes or more for the tele-control to work. Daniele helped us to replace the batteries, but still after replacing them, it did not work properly. The coffee machine was not working properly as well. The apartment could have been cleaner.
